Integrated Programmes have the benefit of offering a wider variety of skills to focus on and enabling benefits of one discipline to rub off on the others. Since human development is essentially holistic this is an ideal process to enter into.
Integrated programmes are a major focus of SOHTech and where research and development of holistic practices and human development technologies will lead. There is a lot of potential to be gained from combining passive treatments like chiropractic, massage and osteopathy with active learning techniques like yoga, Feldenkrais and relaxation, to povide integrated programmes that enable clients to learn to change their behaviour, avoid postural and other health related problems and recover more permanently from dysfunctions stemming from learned patterns.
This is a programme consisting of four elements: emotional fitness theory, bodywork, posture and relaxation. For more information go to Passing Phase Technology.
